Information We Collect

Mess Tracker may store information necessary to operate account and mess-management features. This may include information you provide directly and information required to manage your account, such as:

• Email address used for the account
• User name
• Mess name and mess-related information
• Member names and account-related information
• Meal records
• Deposit/advance records
• Market and other expense records
• Meal rate, balances, and related calculations

অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য

Mess Tracker-এ অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি ও লগইন করার জন্য ইমেইল ঠিকানা ও পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার করা হয়। অ্যাপটি আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড সাধারণ পাঠ্য আকারে নিজস্ব ডাটাবেসে প্রদর্শন বা সংরক্ষণ করে না। অ্যাকাউন্ট authentication Firebase Authentication-এর মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হয়। পাসওয়ার্ড ভুলে গেলে উপলভ্য password reset ব্যবস্থার মাধ্যমে অ্যাকাউন্টে পুনরায় প্রবেশের চেষ্টা করা যেতে পারে।

Account Information

Mess Tracker uses an email address and password for account creation and login. The app does not display or store your password as ordinary readable text in its own database. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication. If you forget your password, you may use the available password-reset process to regain access to your account.

মেস ও হিসাবের ডাটা

আপনি যে মেস, সদস্য, খাবার, জমা, বাজারের খরচ, অন্যান্য খরচ এবং হিসাবের তথ্য অ্যাপে প্রদান করেন, সেগুলো Mess Tracker-এর কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা ও হিসাব দেখানোর জন্য সংরক্ষণ করা হয়। একই অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়ে পরবর্তীতে লগইন করলে সংশ্লিষ্ট মেসের সংরক্ষিত তথ্য পুনরায় অ্যাক্সেস করা যেতে পারে।

Mess and Accounting Data

Mess, member, meal, deposit, market expense, other expense, and accounting information that you enter into Mess Tracker may be stored to provide the app's functionality and display calculations. When you sign in again with the same account, the associated mess data may be available again.

সংরক্ষিত তথ্য মূলত Mess Tracker-এর মূল কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়। যেমন:

How We Use Your Data

Stored information is primarily used to provide Mess Tracker's core functionality, including:

• Managing messes and members
• Maintaining member meal records
• Tracking deposits and advances
• Recording market and other expenses
• Calculating meal rates from total expenses and total meals
• Showing member meal costs and balances
• Displaying overall accounting information and history

ডিভাইসের অনুমতি

Mess Tracker-এর মূল কার্যক্রমের জন্য আপনার ফোনের লোকেশন, ক্যামেরা, মাইক্রোফোন, কনট্যাক্টস, কল, গ্যালারি, ফাইল/স্টোরেজ বা নোটিফিকেশন অ্যাক্সেসের মতো অপ্রয়োজনীয় ডিভাইস অনুমতি নেওয়া হয় না। অ্যাপটি প্রয়োজনীয় হিসাব ব্যবস্থাপনা ফিচার পরিচালনার ওপর ভিত্তি করে তৈরি।

Device Permissions

Mess Tracker does not require unnecessary device permissions such as access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, phone calls, gallery, files/storage, or notifications for its core functionality. The app is designed around its accounting and mess-management features.

অনলাইন ডাটা সংরক্ষণ ও Firebase

Mess Tracker অ্যাকাউন্ট authentication ও অনলাইন ডাটা সংরক্ষণের জন্য Firebase-এর মতো তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্রযুক্তিগত সেবা ব্যবহার করে। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও মেস-সংক্রান্ত ডাটা অনলাইন সিস্টেমে সংরক্ষিত থাকতে পারে, যাতে অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল বা পুনরায় ইনস্টল করার পর একই অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়ে লগইন করলে পূর্বের ডাটা পুনরায় পাওয়া সম্ভব হয়। Firebase-এর নিজস্ব privacy ও security policies প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

Online Data Storage and Firebase

Mess Tracker uses third-party technical services such as Firebase for account authentication and online data storage. Your account and mess-related data may be stored online so that, after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, signing in with the same account can allow your previous data to be accessed again. Firebase's own privacy and security policies may also apply.

তথ্য শেয়ার করা

Mess Tracker আপনার ব্যক্তিগত বা মেসের হিসাবের তথ্য বিক্রি বা বিজ্ঞাপনের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করার জন্য তৈরি নয়। অ্যাপের কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার প্রয়োজন ছাড়া তথ্য অন্য পক্ষের কাছে শেয়ার করার উদ্দেশ্য নেই। তবে বৈধ আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা, আদালতের আদেশ বা আইনসম্মত সরকারি অনুরোধের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী তথ্য প্রকাশের প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

Data Sharing

Mess Tracker is not designed to sell your personal or mess accounting information or use it for advertising purposes. Information is not intended to be shared with other parties except as necessary to operate the service. However, information may be disclosed where required by applicable law, a valid court order, or a lawful government request.

ডাটা নিরাপত্তা

আপনার তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখার জন্য উপযুক্ত প্রযুক্তিগত ব্যবস্থা ও Firebase-এর authentication/data security features ব্যবহার করা হয়। তবে কোনো অনলাইন transmission বা digital storage ব্যবস্থা শতভাগ নিরাপদ—এমন নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়। ব্যবহারকারীদের নিজেদের পাসওয়ার্ড গোপন ও নিরাপদ রাখার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।

Data Security

Appropriate technical measures and Firebase authentication/data-security features are used to help protect your information. However, no method of online transmission or digital storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are advised to keep their passwords confidential and secure.

ডাটা মুছে ফেলা

অ্যাপের মধ্যে যেখানে ডাটা মুছে ফেলার সুবিধা দেওয়া হয়েছে, সেখানে ব্যবহারকারী সেই সুবিধা ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। কোনো ডাটা মুছে ফেলার আগে সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত, কারণ মুছে ফেলা তথ্য সবসময় পুনরুদ্ধার করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে। অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলেই Firebase-এ সংরক্ষিত অ্যাকাউন্ট বা মেসের ডাটা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে মুছে যাবে—এমনটি ধরে নেওয়া উচিত নয়।

Deleting Your Data

Where the app provides data-deletion functionality, users may use those features to delete applicable information. Deleted information may not always be recoverable. Uninstalling the app alone should not be understood to automatically delete the Firebase account or mess data stored online.

অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা

ব্যবহারকারী চাইলে Mess Tracker অ্যাকাউন্ট সম্পূর্ণভাবে মুছে ফেলতে পারবেন। অ্যাপের Profile সেকশন থেকে অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করার সুবিধা ব্যবহার করা যাবে। এছাড়াও, অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করতে না পারলেও আমাদের আলাদা Account Deletion Web Page-এর মাধ্যমে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করা যাবে। অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ সম্পন্ন হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং তার সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত ব্যবহারকারীর ডাটা মুছে ফেলা হবে, তবে আইনগত, নিরাপত্তা বা অন্যান্য বৈধ কারণে নির্দিষ্ট কিছু তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করার প্রয়োজন হলে তা প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী করা হতে পারে।

Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their Mess Tracker account. The account deletion option is available from the Profile section inside the app. Users may also request account deletion through our separate Account Deletion Web Page if they cannot or do not wish to use the app. Once an account deletion request is completed, the account and associated user data will be deleted, except where certain information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, or other lawful reasons.

শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা

Mess Tracker সাধারণ মেস ব্যবস্থাপনা ও প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ব্যবহারকারীদের হিসাব পরিচালনার জন্য তৈরি। অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ব্যক্তির তথ্য অ্যাপে সংরক্ষণ করা হলে সেই তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য আইন এবং প্রয়োজনীয় অভিভাবকীয় অনুমতি নিশ্চিত করার দায়িত্ব ব্যবহারকারীর।

Children's Privacy

Mess Tracker is designed for general mess management and accounting use. If information about a minor is entered into the app, the user is responsible for complying with applicable law and obtaining any required parental or guardian authorization.

নীতিমালার পরিবর্তন

প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী এই Privacy Policy পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করা হতে পারে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তন হলে সংশোধিত নীতিমালা এই পাতায় প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং সর্বশেষ হালনাগাদের তারিখ পরিবর্তন করা হবে।

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated or modified from time to time. If significant changes are made, the revised policy will be published on this page and the last-updated date will be revised.

আপনার দায়িত্ব

আপনি Mess Tracker-এ যে তথ্য প্রদান করেন তা সঠিক ও আইনসম্মত হওয়া এবং অন্য সদস্যদের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য যথাযথভাবে ব্যবহার ও গোপন রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের login credentials অন্যের সাথে শেয়ার না করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide through Mess Tracker is accurate and lawful and for handling other members' personal information appropriately. Users are advised not to share their account login credentials with others.
